By downloading or using TapWrite (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

TapWrite is an AI writing assistant that helps you improve, rewrite, and generate text in other apps on your device. Features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Acceptable use

You will use TapWrite only for lawful purposes.
You will not use it to create unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or abuse the service or its usage limits.

3. AI‑generated content

TapWrite uses third‑party AI models to generate text. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing any output before you send or rely on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or suitability of generated content.

4. Free trial, quotas, and subscriptions

The App may offer a limited free trial (a set number of free actions).
Continued or unlimited use may require a paid subscription, billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Google Play account.
Prices, quotas, and features may change; changes will not apply retroactively to a billing period already paid.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s policies.

5. Permissions

TapWrite requires certain Android permissions (including the Accessibility Service and “display over other apps”) to function. You may revoke these at any time in your device settings, which will disable the corresponding features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapWrite and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI‑generated content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
